Order before 12 noon and your order will be with our courier the same working day. Order after 12 noon and your order will be with our courier the next working day. On checking out you can choose either an express 24 hour or 48 hour delivery service. Over UK Bank Holidays, orders will be shipped the next working day.

Royal Mail will deliver our Iontophoresis Machines and will request you sign for the parcel. If you are not home to receive the parcel they will leave a note with instructions on what to do next.

International courier costs are determined by the destination delivery. We continually work with our couriers to find the most cost effective options for our customers.
Please be aware, customs duties and taxes will be applied to your order by the courier service used. The courier company will contact you directly to pay these once your order is in the country of delivery. Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be handed over to our courier on the same day for orders before noon otherwise it will be the next working day. Delivery normally takes 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Please refer to the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email to get updates from the courier.
How do I track my order?
All orders are assigned a tracking number. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You will be provided with a custom link to a tracking page that will show shipping date, progress, and estimated delivery date.
Are the orders shipped discreetly?
All SWEAT GUARD® orders are packed and delivered discreetly. There is no company name on the shipping package, ensuring the privacy of our customers.
Can I place an order by phone?
Online ordering gives you the highest level of security and for this reason we do not take telephone orders.
