We pride ourselves on dispatching orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 12 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that over UK Bank Holidays, orders will be shipped on the next available working day.

Iontophoresis Machines

All Iontophoresis Machines are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm to mainland UK. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your device arrives safely.

Please note: Iontophoresis machines are only available for purchase and delivery within the UK.

We closely monitor our courier partners to ensure parcels are delivered promptly and reliably.

For the most up-to-date information on your order, please use the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

If you won’t be home at the time of delivery, or you live in a multi-storey building without a secure delivery location, you can arrange a safe place or select a local collection point directly with the courier using your tracking link. We also recommend choosing a secure delivery option where possible, such as a trusted neighbour or collection point, to help prevent parcels from being left unattended.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. If you’re using autofill on a mobile device, we recommend double-checking that your address has populated correctly. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in items being returned by the courier. For reshipment of a returned order due to incorrect address information, a reshipping fee will be incurred.

For your privacy and discretion, there is no Sweat Guard wording or mention of the product contents on the outer packaging.

Our shipping team works quickly to get orders out as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes orders are placed in error or you may need to cancel shortly after ordering.

Our support team will always do their very best to cancel / amend an order before it is dispatched. However, due to the speed of our fulfilment process, this is not always possible.

If this happens, you can simply refuse the parcel at the door or mark it as return to sender. Please let us know if you choose to do this so we can monitor the return and arrange your refund as soon as it arrives back with us.Please note refunds are for the cost of goods only.

Subscriptions

To cancel or amend a subscription, changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next shipment is due to be dispatched. You will receive a reminder email a few days before your next order processes.

Orders under €150 are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all duties and taxes are included at checkout.
Orders over €150 are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the customer upon arrival.

Rest of the World

Free shipping on orders over $115.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
International delivery typically takes 5–14 working days to arrive in the destination country. This does not include customs clearance times, which may vary.

All Rest of World orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by the customer upon arrival.
