Once our team has approved your Money Back Guarantee request, we will confirm it by email with our returns information. The cost of the return is at your expense.
Goods are your responsibility until accepted at our premises. For your own security when returning a product, please use a "tracked" or "signed-for" delivery service which covers you for the value of the goods.
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Terms of the Guarantee
The guarantee applies to one product from your first order only.
If multiple products are purchased in the same order, only one item from that order is eligible for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee.
Only one Money Back Guarantee refund per product range or product type, per customer, is permitted.
The product must be used as directed for a minimum of 14 days before submitting a claim.
Purchases made through Amazon or other third-party retailers are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
If your first order was placed on subscription, any refund will be calculated based on the standard one-off product price.
Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include shipping costs.
If you are not achieving the results you expected, our team will always be happy to offer guidance and support during the guarantee period to help you get the best possible outcome from the product.
Additional Conditions
We may request additional information or photos to confirm the product has been used in accordance with the usage instructions.
The cost of the return is at your expense.
Refund requests will be reviewed by our team and issued at our discretion once we have confirmed the product has been used as directed.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if a claim has already been made for the same product range, or if the guarantee appears to be used in a way that is unfair or abusive.

Standard Returns
If you change your mind, the order can be returned as a Standard Return.
Standard Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days after the date you receive your Order. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unopened and as new.
Bundle Returns are only accepted as a full set, unopened, and in new condition.
The cost of the return is at your expense.

Refund Information
Once a return has been handed to the courier, please allow up to 5 days for it to arrive and be checked with our returns team.
If it has been more than 1 week and you have not heard anything about your return, please contact our team. Please also attach your proof of the return.
International Returns will take longer to arrive back with our returns team due to international shipping and customs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Please contact us within 24hrs of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it as quickly as possible.
