Please ensure all shipping information (including address, phone number, and email) is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Sweat Guard cannot accept responsibility for orders where incorrect information has been provided.

Orders are processed quickly, and it may not always be possible to amend delivery details, including changes of address or destination country, once an order has been placed.

In the event that an order needs to be returned due to incorrect address details, the order will be refunded, excluding the original postage cost. Where applicable, a reshipping fee will also be charged if the order is to be sent again.

Please take care when completing your order and be mindful of autofill payment options such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay, as these may populate outdated or incorrect details.

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on your first purchase made directly through our website.

Terms of the Guarantee

The guarantee applies to one product from your first order only.

If multiple products are purchased in the same order, only one item from that order is eligible for a refund under the Money Back Guarantee.

Only one Money Back Guarantee refund per product range or product type, per customer, is permitted.

The product must be used as directed for a minimum of 14 days before submitting a claim.

Purchases made through Amazon or other third-party retailers are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.

If your first order was placed on subscription, any refund will be calculated based on the standard one-off product price.

Refunds apply to the product price only and do not include shipping costs.

If you are not achieving the results you expected, our team will always be happy to offer guidance and support during the guarantee period to help you get the best possible outcome from the product.

Additional Conditions

We may request additional information or photos to confirm the product has been used in accordance with the usage instructions.

The cost of the return is at your expense.

Refund requests will be reviewed by our team and issued at our discretion once we have confirmed the product has been used as directed.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if a claim has already been made for the same product range, or if the guarantee appears to be used in a way that is unfair or abusive.

Additional Information

This Money Back Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Money Back Guarantee at any time.

Standard Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days after the date you receive your Order. The product(s) must be in their original condition, unopened and as new. Bundle Returns are only accepted as a full set, unopened, and set in new condition.

The cost of the return is at your expense.

Goods are your responsibility until accepted at our premises. For your own security when returning a product, please use a "signed-for" delivery service which covers you for the value of the goods.

The refundable amount is for the product and not for any delivery charges.

*If you purchased our products from Amazon, any complaints or requests for a refund must be made directly to them.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if: The product(s) returned have been used or opened. Not returned in the original packaging.

Returns are accepted at our customer service address within 100 days of delivery. The goods are your responsibility until accepted at our premises, so for your own security, please use a "signed-for" delivery service which covers you for the value of the goods.

The cost of return is at your expense. Iontophoresis machines must be returned with all component parts including the foam case insert inside the original carrying case. 

We will make deductions from the refund amount for missing or damaged goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices are stated in UK pounds sterling (£). All prices include vat, with the exception of the Iontophoresis machine which is a zero rated VAT product.

It is our policy to continually strive to improve our products and service and we reserve the right to change specification without prior notice.

Any damages to delivered products must be reported by email to info@sweatguard.co.uk within 12 hours of delivery.
